If you've got sales people working for you you'll know how important consistent recognition is.
You'll also know that recognising when someone is doing well but before they've actually hit a key goal can be even more important.
But as leaders you've got a lot on and having the time to constantly look for these opportunities isn't easy.
Well, that's why we added this new feature to BuzzHubs. When the sales person is close to achieving a key goal, for example a personal best, we create a group chat with their manager praising them for the job done so far and showing them what they need to achieve the goal.
And when the goal is hit, we'll update their manager so they can create a personal recognition post for colleagues to like, comment and share in the success.
